What should you do if injured?

The initial treatment for netball injuries involves the RICE program; rest, ice, compression, elevation. For the best results and recovery, it’s important you follow this method for the first 48 hours after receiving the injury.

Depending on the severity of the injury, a rehabilitation program may be prescribed by your physiotherapist before returning to netball.
